Segmented Lamp with the shade

This lamp is made using Wengewood and Yellowhart wood. I made this 23" tall to provide more light for my wife who reads a lot. It has over 560 pieces and Wenge wood between the Yellowhart to give it a brick look.

Michael another fine lamp. Have you given any thought to turning the open segment vase you just posted into a lamp. I think it would be a real eye catcher. FWIW, the first lamp you posted is still my favorite.
