Large band clamps

I used big hose clamps at first. Forget them. Buy big nylon ties and the cinching tool and tighten them. When your done take a pick and push the lock up and reuse them. The glue won’t stick to them. The clamps get all corroded from the glue
 
I stopped using clamps once I started using the Wedgie sled. My joints are tight enough I just use three or four thick rubber bands. After applying the bands a slight adjustment gives me round rings every time.
