Michael, great design and execution. At 19" tall did you turn it in two pieces a top and bottom? My wife's comment was "beautiful, we need two like that" .

Thanks for the kind words Stuart. This was turned as one piece. Since the top is one piece of wood, it was easily supported with the tail stock using a live center.
