• Having problems with video with Segment PRO on a new PC? You could be experiencing one (or both) of two problems. First, if you have an ultra high-resolution screen, the recommended settings might be higher than 1920 x 1080 with a scale factor of more than 100% and the user interfaces for all software written in c# will NOT be correct. Simply change the resolution and scaling to 1920 x 1080 and scale to 100%. Second, if you have a wonky Bowl View, you have an Intel Iris graphics solution and there are serious problems with it. Solution - go to the Drivers page at Intel's website and install their latest driver for your computer. This will fix it. Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html

We had a major Blizzard on Monday so our Guild was cancelled. About 18" of heavy snow. We didn't get plowed out until mid day Tuesday. Another 8" yesterday. So needless to say I have been outdoors blowing and shovelling. I don't like going in my shop when the roads are not passable. In the event of a incident.

Glenn, if you were nervous or uneasy you would be asking for an incident. As far as blowing and shoveling stop wasting time and let it melt come spring. Of course that is easy for me to say. We will be 77 today with a low of 56 and the last snow to stick for more than an hour was 3 or 4 years ago.

Stuart, does that mean you have to mow grass all year long??? I wish I could just let it melt but unfortunately I need to go for groceries and my wife still travels to work so I have no choice but to clean up. That said I still like our 4 seasons the snow just gives us a reason to complain. Won't be all that long and the crocus will push up through the last snow.

As far as shop time goes I am certainly not nervous or uneasy using my tools. I just think it's a precaution in the event of an issue. Besides when it's snowing to beat the band I like to watch it, sip tea and grumble and complain!

No,about every 5 days I mow grass from mid March to mid October . The rest of the time I mow weeds about every 3 weeks.

I didn't think you were nervous about your tools just that idea about closed roads and any type of incident would take a bit of your normal concentration away which could lead to an accident. I've left my show in the summer a few times when wasps were flying around and I found myself thinking about them as much as I was about the task I was doing.
