Problems with WTP

I have problems with the software WTP. I was preparing a presentation to the members of our woodturning association when everything went wrong. My presentation is made by sequences. So I save different parts of the job and when I came back to reuse what I had done before the keys were operating wrongly. For example in the cutaway view ctrl-arrows didn’t work anymore, the arrows were for the inside diameter with negative footage; the open segment degrees were faulty. I believe that when you start making a design you have to do it straightforward without stopping. Do you have a better explanation, any king of help, an update available? I use Wood turner pro version 3.1.0.0.

You didn't mention if you were using a different computer for your presentation so that could have been it because I can't see how a laptop that is sending the software keyboard control sequences would somehow quit doing it simply because a projector was introduced into the mix. The current version of Woodturner PRO on the Downloads link of the Main Menu is 3.1.009 so it has gone through nine free upgrades since it was introduced in 2012. None of them ever addressed an issue of keyboard control sequences, though.


I'm sure sorry you had problems and sure wish I could tell you what happened. But it is not a problem I have ever seen in all the presentations I have done and it isn't something I could even understand how it could happen.

Thank you for your fast answer. I use the same computer with windows 7. I don't know what was that bug! I restart the job today and everthing seems to work normally. Sometimes there are things we don't understand, may be my original file was corrupted.
