Now accepting orders for the wedgie-less sled. The cost will be $185 plus shipping and tax if required.
It is currently available with 10, 12, 16, 20, 24, 36, 48, 72 and 144 segment rings. It is machined from 11/16 baltic birch with a phenolic coating (SHADES OF BROWN MAY VARY). The sled includes a UHMW miter track runner that you will have to install to fit your table saw. Custom segment numbers will be available, contact me for pricing. Picture shows a 72 segment ring directly from the saw with no sanding.

When I get the funds I would love to get one from you for us. How wide can the pivits go. I have one now but it is only 1.5" between and I would like to do long staves and other stuff like that?
