I'm sorry please pardon my ignorance. I assume you revised my file and sent it back. If that's true, how do I load this file from the website back into Segment Pro?

Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. The only coupon codes that are given is when I give a club presentation and I offer a discount to the attendees. Other than that, everyone pays the same price.

No Problem Paul.
Click on the attached file. It should download to your computer. (Windows 10 has a down load folder)
Once it is downloaded. Start SP, Go to share, import.
You should get a message saying import successful.
Go to plans, find the file and open the plan.

Don't know of any key stroke to zoom out.
If I have zoomed in and want to zoom out I click on bowl view within the paint view and then go back into the paint view.
It takes you back out.
I rarely use the zoom feature in the paint view. I do bounce back and forth between paint and bowl view.
Note: I do most of my work on a laptop pc using the touch pad.

The scroll wheel lets you zoom in and then zoom out.
Row 1 is a disk. So it cannot be painted.
As far as row 2. are you not seeing it or you cannot click on it?
Do you have your display setting set correctly?
100% scaling. for starters.

With your left pointer finger, press and hold the touch pad and the with your right pointer finger slide up to scroll in and slide down to scroll out.
However, as Mike says, your Scale factor is likely set to something more than 100%. The page has been sized to fill the entire screen and if it doesn’t, there is something wrong with your display settings. If your resolution is less than 1920 x 1080, some scrolling may be necessary.

Did you ever make the change where you can print the painted diagram in SegmentPro?

The grid is not a printable control. Just do a print screen, paste it into Paint (already in your computer and print away. Should take about 10 seconds. If you want, you can crop it in Paint before printing.
Wood Turner Pro and Segment Pro have the option to use metric or inches.
