finished this yesterday i had two linear bearing left, lead screw and some pulleys so i built this box jig. The lead screw was a 2mm pitch t8, so i put a 20 tooth pulley on the end of the lead screw and connected it to a 40 tooth pulley which drove a rotational counter, this meant that the travel distance corresponded to the counter 1-1 if you know what i mean. The jigs not pretty but it works, might ad some t-track to the front for clamping later
The plumbing
My saw kerf is 3.2mm so i made a cut on the following settings 6.4-12.8-19.2-25.6-32-38.4 ect ect
Pretty accurate
