Hey guys, this is my very first segmented piece. AND my very first lathe turned project. I've been woodworking for many years, however, no lathe work. I just got my first Lathe a couple of months ago. Still learning! This jar was made with Cherry, Walnut and Maple. I used Lloyds software and cut the pieces on my newly made wedgie sled. Finish is a french polish. I LOVED every minute of the project!! Thank you Lloyd. Your software is awesome. Cheers!!

A cookie jar has been on my 'to do' list for sometime now. There is always something getting in the way. That and cookies don't stay around me long enough to need a jar for storage. Thanks for posting.
