This sled has very limited capabilities. To have the same functionality of a simple home made wedgie seled you would need to punch a thousand holes. The simple wedgie sled can do unimaginable things you have not seen yet.

Hi Guys, There is a variance due to the small angles and tolerances of the cnc. My 48-2 plate variation is .116". My 48-0 is.069". My 36-3 is .033". Others may be a little different. I assume you are adding a little padding to your wall thickness.
