• Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. The only coupon codes that are given is when I give a club presentation and I offer a discount to the attendees. Other than that, everyone pays the same price.

I just purchased Lamination Pro. I am not a turner. I have had a love of woodworking all my life, but never had the time (or mentor) to build my skills. I am a woman so in my day we did not even have the option of taking a shop class in high school. Now that I am retired I have the time to build my skills am am fortunate to have the internet to help me! I hope there are others in the forum who have similar interests.

Welcome to the group. While we did have shop class in grade school that everyone attended the girls were split off and had home making after the fifth grade. I don't have any idea if any of the girls wanted to take shop and if they did what was said. I do know of one girl that took shop in high school so I guess they weren't 100% barred. I got into woodworking late in life and then thanks to a very professional lady woodturner (Ruth Niles) bought my first lathe. In any event being retired and with no bars to what you want to achieve life can be pretty good. If you haven't seen it you might want to take at look at the AAW online Women in Turning site. http://www.woodturner.org/?page=WIT

Hi Terrieg,

There is a project I did some time ago that uses Lamination PRO to create a trio of cutting boards using Multi-Generation Laminations. All three boards begin with the same laminated board to make a 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation design. The PDF project has some interesting techniques that you might find interesting. Here is a link to the tutorial:
