I can't get my project to show completely in either the Profile View or the Cutaway View in Segment PROS. I see there is horizontal scrolling for the Profile View, but not vertical scrolling. I also see there's drag/drop scrolling of the Cutaway View. But I can't find a way to zoom out the display of either of these windows. Is there a way?

First. What is the resolution and scaling settings for your PC display?
For SP the settings should be:
1. The resolution MUST be 1920 x 1080
2. The Scaling MUST be 100%.
There is no vertical scroll bar in SP for the Profile view.
There is no zoom in/out for the Profile or cutaway view in SP.

You can zoom the Cutaway View by rolling your scroll button but the window size of both of those windows are fixed.
The only reason there is a cutaway view in Segment PRO is to show you where the transition to the base begins and as the tutorial shows, you are in control of this by where you position the next to the bottom dot. If you move that dot higher along the outside wall profile, it raises the elevation of where the transition begins. Other than that, there is nothing you can do to affect the inside wall profile.
If you think you need more control of the inside wall profile, switch to Woodturner PRO where the Cutaway View is the size of your screen and you can change the inside diameter of every single row giving you complete control over the entire inside profile.

So you can have power or fast and easy but there’s no way to give you them both in one piece of software.
