Error opening 3D Design Pro and Segment Pro in Windows11

I installed to 4 programs onto my C: drive, but only LaminationPro and Woodturner Pro will launch and run. When I try to open 3d Pro or Segment Pro I get the message: “Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I am trying to re-install these 2 programs from the original thumb drive (purchased at the Portland symposium) but i get the same message when I try to run them from the thumb drive. Ive seached all over the forum for this issue, seems I’m the only one - which doesn’t surprise me. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!!
 
- Are you installing the programs as the pc administrator? If not, the program may not be able to add folders to the document directory.

- Download the programs from WTP website and use the exe from the website.
 
OK, thanks for the quick response. I was running as admin. I downloaded Lamination Pro from the website and installed it from there - success! I downloaded Segment Pro but when I ran the install it said I had a newer copy on my computer and I needed to uninstall it first. I looked for an uninstall but couldnt find it. So I tried pausing my virus software (PC Matic) and retried to launch Segment Pro again and it worked just fine, I also had to do this with Lightburn. Thank you so much for the help! Cheers!

sometimes the virus protection software is a bit too much protective :D
