• Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. I am just learning Segment Pro. I was trying to design a simple closed segment bowl using wood I have in my shop. I changed the default palette and painted some segments using the species I had put in my palette. When I went to the summary only the base was listed under the species column and the rest of them were blank. Why do the different species I had changed in the default palette not show in the summary?

- When you changed the default palette did you select species for all 10 columns?
(SP needs species in all 10 columns.)

Is the palette in the bowl settings set to your default palate?

I just created a simple bowl, painted the segments and checked the summary. The summary showed the painted species. I then made some changes to the default palette. Went back into the summary and the changed species showed up in the summary.

It would be helpful if you would post your plan.
- In Bowl settings make sure you save your plan.
- After saving your plan, Go to Share and select Export.
Your plan (name.json) file will be created and posted in your My Segment Pro folder
pay attention to the pop up window as it will tell you where it was created and the file name.

Create a post and attach the json file.
We can download and take a look at what is happening.

Hi Brian.
If Post 3 was to have the attached file it did not attach.

In the bowl settings do you still have the painted segment type still selected.
Did you at any point after painting the segments change the number of segment per ring?
