If you did not write it down and store it someplace safe you will have to contact Lloyd for the code.
Once you get the code, I highly suggest you write it down and store the code in a secure place for future reference.

To install or reinstall the software you MUST have two things- your authorization code AND the software installers.
In the only employee of the company and if something happens to me, the website will be shut down within 24 hours.
It is my guess that 2/3 of my customers don’t have both of these things and they’re going to be very sad that they didn’t take this seriously.
I’ve made it eat to get both. though. . Go to the Store > Software and buy the Lost Authorization Code item for $20. You’ll get a flash drive with the installers and an email from me with your code. Also on the drive is a content folder with over $100 of projects and jigs, tips and tricks and presentations I have made and you won’t find these anywhere else.

I got my software back in 2012. Will my authorization code still work on the newer versions if I download them from the web page?

Good question. It all depends on what version you had when you purchased back in 2012. Current versions for WTP, LP, and 3DDP is 3.x
Segment Pro is 1.x
If your license was for 3.x for WTP and LP then the answer is Yes your code will work if you download the software from the website
SP did not exist back in 2012, so your license code should work if you download the software.
Lloyd has stated before that updates are free and are downloaded from the Download page.
When a new version of the software is released, that is version numbers change from 1.X to 2.X (for example), then there is a cost. It basically then is not an update but a major revised version.
From another thread Lloyd stated:
"I have always used a minor/major approach in my software companies. All minor upgrades (3.0 to 3.1, for example) are free. Major upgrades are purchased (3.0 to 4.0). ……….."
