• Having problems with video with Segment PRO on a new PC? You could be experiencing one (or both) of two problems. First, if you have an ultra high-resolution screen, the recommended settings might be higher than 1920 x 1080 with a scale factor of more than 100% and the user interfaces for all software written in c# will NOT be correct. Simply change the resolution and scaling to 1920 x 1080 and scale to 100%. Second, if you have a wonky Bowl View, you have an Intel Iris graphics solution and there are serious problems with it. Solution - go to the Drivers page at Intel's website and install their latest driver for your computer. This will fix it. Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download-center/home.html

Cannot find profile/plan in SP after successful import

I'm sure I am missing something basic, but I have exported a project in Segment Pro (Share, Export) and emailed it to a friend. He goes through the steps of Share, Import, selects file, gets message "import successful" but we can't find the bowl design in SP. We have looked under Profiles and under Plans. Thanks for any guidance, amazing program, we have had a lot of fun with it.

Hi Quinn:
First, thank you for posting the json file. It helps for others to see what you are dealing with.
I downloaded and did a share/import and got this message. It looks like you saved your project profile and not the bowl plan.

= make sure that when you complete a project that you save the plan using the save plan in Bowl settings.
Then do a file/export

Thank you; that did the trick. Now when I import the json file after saving the plan and exporting from share, it shows up in plans and I see the design changes when I open that plan. Thank you also for such a prompt response. Quinn

Your welcome.
Glad it all worked out.

There was one more step I was missing which was to open the plan again after saving it and before exporting it. Thanks again for your help.
