Segment Pro with Windows 11

I had to buy a new computer and it came with window 11. I reloaded Segment Pro and now have a problem with Bowl view. If i pull up a Plan or Profiles all I get is a dark blue screen with no bowl image. I have rebooted, deleted the program and reloaded the program twice with same result. The build No is 1.1.029. Need help with this problem.

Hi Ray:
I would suggest you send Lloyd an email describing the issue. All my PC's are windows 10.

Bottom of the Home Page has Lloyd's contact number and business email.

C:\Users\[user name]i\AppData\Roaming\Woodturner PRO\Segment PRO\Images\JsonProfile

I do not have windows 11. I am guessing the file structure is the same as windows 10.
- make sure you can see hidden files.
- go to the above file directory. You should have a bunch of json files in the folder.

and plans in JsonPlan folder.

If not, if you have access to those files on your older machine copy them into those folders and see if that corrects the issue
