    I do have a couple of questions though: How do you change the piece count for the accent (solid) rim in SP? I had to add in my exported summary. Also, does the program adjust the gap degrees based on the design or is it preset to 2 degrees? Thanks again

    Thanks for the clarification I realize everyone seems to think I changed the number of segments but I did not. This is an existing plan and all I did was change height of vessel, height of rows and closed to open.

    I do not know why this happened. The original *summary shows a disk. *I accidently deleted the column that shows the lengths of each species in each row. Which is why I wanted to reprint. This is when I noticed the problem.

    Segment Pro stopped working

    All fixed!!! I forgot to click the download which in turn completed the install (repair). I did not take it for a spin yet but it did open up after completing the install. Still not sure why this happened. I have not used in a few weeks and never deleted anything. At least i now know what to do...
