My second piece ever

My second piece ever

A piece created from a pine (yep, pine!) 1x4, just to see if I could do it.
Number two makes me eager for number three Ken! Alignment and form are well done and thought out for a second piece, super effort! The flat edge at the mouth of the vessel might look better if the radius just continued to the top. The size of the mouth might have be a better proportion if it was less one ring of segments; that's me being picky but two cents worth of opinion all the same! Worth about that much as well! Keep em coming!!

@russ braun
I had trouble with splintering out on that top lip and solved it by squaring it up. Now looking back, better tool control would have let be to a better job of it.
