• Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. The only coupon codes that are given is when I give a club presentation and I offer a discount to the attendees. Other than that, everyone pays the same price.

Questions about thickness and tornados

1. How do I change the thickness in a ring? That ring all the same but different from the rest. Ex. All segments are 1/2 thick but I want one row to be .125 thick and show on the profile.

2, I want to make a tornado bowl , I paint the bowl with my colors, looks like I want in profile, then click tornado and it changes the species and doesn't use mine. How do I correct this?

Thanks
Stuart

1. Which software are you using? From your second question I am guessing you are using Segment Pro. What you want to do can easily be done in WTP. SP being rules and limits what you can adjust.

2. To get the color (wood species you want you need to use the palette.
- top row of SP has a tab labeled palette. Click on it to open the palette window.
- click at the bottom where it says "add a new item"
Type in a name of the palette.
click on each of the columns. a drop down list of your wood species will come up. Select what species you want.
make sure you add a species for each of the column.

If you paint a pattern. Do not select tornado. That is a short cut to make the spiral pattern. the spiral pattern will be made for you and species applied based on what pallet you choose.

Best way to correct it is to start over.
Clear and reset everything in SP,
Select the profile you want
Set the Bowl settings
Go into paint and paint the spiral pattern.
