• Having problems with video with Segment PRO on a new PC? You could be experiencing one (or both) of two problems. First, if you have an ultra high-resolution screen, the recommended settings might be higher than 1920 x 1080 with a scale factor of more than 100% and the user interfaces for all software written in c# will NOT be correct. Simply change the resolution and scaling to 1920 x 1080 and scale to 100%. Second, if you have a wonky Bowl View, you have an Intel Iris graphics solution and there are serious problems with it. Hi, my name is Steve F. I have been turning for awhile now, but nothing great. Just moved to AZ and am setting up a small shop just for turning and scroll work. Have a Laguna midi. I have quite a bit of equipment but I'm sure not enough. I bought the software awhile ago and have been watching the tutorials over and over and still am having trouble getting it. My question is, "other then the tutorials is there hands on training on the software available anywhere?"

As far as help with the software:
- You can ask questions in the proper forums.
- You can contact Lloyd and ask for assistance. Lloyd offers some on line one on one help via zoom

As far as hands on training, I would search your area for a woodclub and see if they have the training you seek. I have taught Lloyds software at our local club.
