Ok, I followed your advice, and resized and rotated my eagle setting it horz.
But now the program will not recognize "Species" in other words the "3D" image will not show up.
First I did a repair....no help
Second I removed and reinstalled it.....no help.

What went wrong 26 days to go

Question.
Can you bring up other plans or profiles in SP? Hopefully the answer is yes.

In SP, if you click on the species tab, is your eagle species showing up? If No, then click on the add species button, click on open button, navigate to the jpeg location, select the jpeg file, click crop and save.

If yes, delete the eagle species. and reinstall using the add species button.
 
I found the problem, When I put the Eagle in, I did not assign any wood types, it was blank. It effected the whole category. Deleted it and all came back. Problem solved, error found between monitor and chair.
