• Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. The only coupon codes that are given is when I give a club presentation and I offer a discount to the attendees. Other than that, everyone pays the same price.

I have been a woodworker for probably 30 years. I started turning in 2002 with a Jet mini and a year later bought a 1640 Oneway. I purchased Woodturner Pro and made some open and closed bowls with various wood. Really enjoyed it. Then I had blown discs in my back and several surgeries to fix them and stopped turning. The bug has bitten again and my back is somewhat better and I started refreshing my memory with techniques and realized that my software was quite out of date. Lloyd told me about Segment Pro and after checking it out, I knew that I had to have it. What a great piece of software! So I am back in the shop, relearning everything that I have forgotten and making chips fly. Also I retired as a machine repair machinist for GM about a year ago and now "living the dream".

Sharon welcome to the forum, There are lots of people here with great knowledge and very willing to help. So if you have any question let out a holler and I sure you will get all kind of help.

Welcome to WTP forum. Glad your back surgery was good enough to get you back to turning.
Ask questions, share ideas and information and post some of your work in the gallery. We all like to see what others are doing.

Sharon, welcome back. One of the side benefits of Segmented turning is not heavy blanks to lift. Seg Pro is great with many of the same features as WTP. You might find after using it there are aspects of WTP you will still want so be sure and update your copy.

The updates for the software are free if you have purchased it so I would update your Woodturner PRO
