Is it normal on a forum that anyone can edit every post? I would have thought that I could only edit my own posts? I tried this morning to edit a spelling mistake just to be curious and I was able to do it....

No, most forums have a limited number of members that have admin authority that allow anyone other than the author to make changes.

Thanks Stuart, probably in Lloyds administrative settings I would guess.

I found an incorrect setting that granted permissions to PRO Members that were incorrect. I believe I've corrected it now so that you can still edit/delete your own posts but not for others.

I can still edit --- Bob

    Bob,
You are a moderator and not just a moderator but a Super Moderator.

In addition to letting you edit anyone's post, it gives you super human powers and if that doesn't make the rest of us shudder, it should.

Lloyd, that fixed the problem a little to good as now I cannot Edit my own post.

I see that this is the case but I have the permissions set for PRO Members to be able to edit their own posts. I'll figure out why this isn't working.
    It's always something, isn't it?
