Are you looking for a coupon code to buy my software? You can get one from lots of 3rd party sites but they won't work. My software never goes on sale and has never been discounted. The only coupon codes that are given is when I give a club presentation and I offer a discount to the attendees. Other than that, everyone pays the same price.
Lloyd,
I did as you suggested by shutting down and restarting. The design in 3dp does not transfer to wtp. Would there be any argument for reinstalling these programs?
Here's another scenario: I am running Windows 8. Both WTP and 3DP are working well--except when I try to transfer design to WTP. I have both running at the same time. The transfer icon is not grayed out, but nothing happens when I tap it. Thanks for any information. Tom J.
This was the result of using some scraps I had saved. The top ring was an attempt to form ovals. The swirls in the middle came from a design that didn't work out. Materials include walnut, maple, purple heart...and whatever else may be there.
Blanket/Diamond. 653 pieces. Canary wood, mahogany, maple, striped maple, zircote, redheart.
Segmented and plugged base. The rounded ring profile is intentional (just for kicks).
I've tried many ways to center rings, using as much care and precision as possible;but all too often I've had to sacrifice wood to get things right. This Longworth spiral plate seems very promising. I guess I need to get to work on the Stomper, too!
I like your sled design,Dick. I especially like the blade hideaway and the ramp ideas, and am thinking about incorporating both on the sled I'm currently using.
Having retired from two careers, I found that I'm still too young (?) to just sit around and vegetate. So, I was introduced to woodworking--and I do mean INTRODUCED--since I had never touched a tablesaw or jointer or any of those noisy things. I fell in love with trees and the joy they could...
Thanks for all that you have done/do, Lloyd. Your dedication to this great field of woodworking has helped to unveil joys that I never knew existed. Keep up the good work!!
