Sunny Flower Bowl

1440 segment 60 per row. This one is another "first" of it's kind for me. I glued this one up on the "Driskell" jig, and learned a LOT about SEL and ring diameter in the process. Yes...I know it's a direct relationship. SEL x # of segments per row = circumference and circumference / pi = radius x 2 = diameter. But as with all things woodturning, theory and application line up only on rare occasions.
