Minecraft Sword

I have a grandson who likes to play Minecraft, so I made this Minecraft sword for his birthday. It is made of walnut, maple, yellowheart, bloodwood, and gabon ebony. The piece is 22-1/2" long and about 3/4" thick. The edges are painted with gold acrylic paint. I also made a plexiglass stand for it, since it is not a toy but a display piece.

did you make this using a craft table and two wood blocks and a stick, i gather you made a wooden axe first to chop down the tree ! that wood be the logical way to go about it. lol
