Another beautiful stave bowl!

One effect you might like is to use the grain match technique for the zebrawood ring. Instead of flipping the board after every cut, make all of the left (or right) angles first from the same edge of the board. Then take those segments and cut the other angle on them. You'll have to number the segments so that they end up in the same location and it does increase the waste, but the effect is very interesting. I like to do this is I find a piece of pencil spalt maple as it looks like the spalt line goes continuously around the bowl.
